Welcome to Caravel Labs' Sunrise Internship Program 2023

A Rigorous Selection Process: The competition for a place in the Sunrise internship program was intense, with hundreds of aspiring students showcasing their abilities. We conducted a comprehensive selection process consisting of three rounds of interviews, designed to assess your logical thinking, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and growth mindset. Our goal was to identify exceptional individuals who not only possessed technical brilliance but also embodied strong communication skills, adaptability to dynamic environments, a passion for innovation, and a thirst for continuous growth. The selection of just 11 interns reflects the incredible potential we saw in each of you. 

Expanding Internship Opportunities: For the first time in the history of the Sunrise internship program, Caravel Labs is proud to offer internship opportunities in consulting, engineering, and UX generalist roles. These expanded opportunities reflect our commitment to providing a diverse range of experiences that cater to your individual interests and career aspirations. 

 

• Consulting Roles: Interns joining our consulting side will collaborate closely with our clients as software consultants, analyzing their technology needs, providing strategic recommendations, and developing innovative solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills, allowing you to actively engage with clients, understand their business requirements, and translate them into effective software solutions. 

 

• Engineering Roles: As an engineering intern, you will work alongside our talented development team, participating in the design, development, and maintenance of our cutting-edge software products. This role offers an immersive experience in software development, enabling you to contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and gain hands-on experience in implementing robust and scalable solutions. 

 

• UX Generalist Roles: Our UX generalist interns will collaborate closely with our design team, using their creativity and analytical skills to create intuitive and user-centric interfaces for our software products.
